Tomasz Kaczorowski is the Founder and CEO of Smart-Suited Tech, a process excellence-led AI automation consultancy delivering tailored AI automation for quality-conscious operations.
His work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, process optimization, regulated operations, and business transformation. Smart-Suited Tech develops bespoke systems designed around real operational workflows rather than retrofitted to generic platforms.
Tomasz is the creator of Elara, a document reconciliation engine built for regulated work, where accuracy, traceability, and human review are non-negotiable. In a four-week production-readiness pilot for RCMA Makeup, Elara was graded against predefined critical-to-quality criteria — measured proof of value on real production documents, not a demo.
This reflects the standard Tomasz brings to AI implementation: not demos or hype, but measured pilots — with traceability, human review, and documentation — that create measurable business value.
His background combines scientific research, biopharmaceutical operations, CMC project management, regulatory readiness, and process optimization with hands-on AI implementation. Earlier in his career, he contributed to research alongside a 2025 Chemistry Nobel Laureate — co-author or lead author of articles in top-tier journals such as Nature and J. Am. Chem. Soc.
He brings PhD-level rigor, formal training in Lean Six Sigma and regulatory affairs, and a strong foundation in project management. He is a member of ASQ, the American Society for Quality.
