Reliability
Verified, and on the record.
What we commit to, we deliver and verify, and the record shows it.
Systems people rely on should be built to be examined, and so should the firm that builds them. One evidence-led standard, documented in a quality management system, governs every engagement and our own operation, and it binds our AI agents as fully as it binds us. This page sets out the values we work by and the quality policy at that system’s center, in plain terms, so that you can hold us to both.
Verified, and on the record.
What we commit to, we deliver and verify, and the record shows it.
Fast, never hurried.
Speed is a form of respect: we move fast wherever it puts nothing of yours at risk, and take the time wherever it would.
Shown, not claimed.
We claim only what we can show, and we tell you what each step costs before you commit to it, how the work will be judged before it starts, and what went wrong before you have to ask.
A person answers for it.
Every piece of work we deliver has a person who answers for it, however it was drafted.
01
Every model, prompt, and agent configuration we set for our own work is versioned, and every change we make to one is recorded. A change we release to a system we deliver is verified first, with a record of what changed, why, what verified it, and who approved it. Where a system runs on your own platform, the model version behind it is yours to control.
02
Our claims stay inside what our evidence supports today, never what we expect it to support later. Every figure traces to a record, and anything found wrong or out of date is corrected where it appeared. A claim about a client’s work is one that client would confirm on a reference call.
03
A defect or deviation in our work is recorded when it is found, whether a person or an AI agent introduced it, corrected at its cause where the cause is systemic, and closed only when the fix is shown to work. If it is in work you have already received, we tell you. Our quality records are kept, and a correction is added to the record, never written over it.
Our values are set in our strategic plan, and every commitment above is taken from our quality policy. Both, like every document that governs our quality system, are versioned, change only through a recorded change their owner approves, and are kept unaltered once released. The quality system is audited every quarter. The policy is reviewed every year, and this page is updated whenever either changes. Written procedures stand behind the policy, for document control, change control, training, corrective action, and incident response. What we may claim, how client data is handled, and the standing rules our AI agents follow are each set in a document of their own, controlled the same way, and the policy holds us to all three.

Bring one workflow to the first call, and ask how each commitment would apply to it.
